She was always in contact and reachable via phone or email day or night, weekdays and weekends. We have a child, and Sue was always great and accommodating with him as well when we went to look at various places. I cannot recommend her enough!

Both Sue and Amy Choi were instrumental in selling my townhome. They worked diligently with the open houses and showings.
Su8e maintained communication with me on a constant basis to keep me informed as to what feedback was given from the showings.
Sue even went above and beyond by picking me up at the hospital after I had out-patient surgery and no one else was available. I don't know of many realtors (if any) that would do that.
Sue also found a discrepancy with the closing title company where they did not include a credit I was to receive!
I would highly recommend both Sue and Amy when you are in the market for a get-it-done realtor!

She was so helpful and forthcoming, I immediately felt comfortable telling her my whole sad story. We saw home after home, I know I was a difficult client. But she never lost her patience with me. We finally found something, with the right number of rooms and in the right school district and at a great price!

I was transferred to Chicago from Las Vegas. The rental to where I was moving looked great on Craigslist, and the price was not too shabby either. I was horrified when I arrived and saw the awful condition of my new home. I couldn't stomach standing in it much less living in it.
Sue was the agent-on-duty that Friday I called her office. I didn't know her at all, nor did she know me. The kids were starting school on Monday, I was starting a new job. I needed help AND FAST. Can you beleive she dropped everything, found me 8 homes and took me around to each one Friday night? I found one I liked, she negotiated a lease and I had the keys by Saturday night.
I know rentals don't yield a great commission for agents, and a lot of them won't bother with a client like me. But I think Sue was an answer to a prayer, and we were lucky to come across one another. I recommend her to everyone I know, she really cares about people.
